Kaleido*Kids Classes: Week of March 30, 2020

A list of everything you'll need for your virtual Stages class broken down by class!

COMPUTER, IPHONE, IPOD, IPAD, TABLET, ETC.
BUBBLES AND/OR BUBBLE MACHINE
TONE BLOCKS: Any kind of purcussion based instrument will work! Drum, shakers, or even a tupperware bowl & wooden spoon!
CLAPPER BRICKS: Handclappers from goody bags and street fest giveaways work great! Don't have one of those? Try using toy hammer and wood if your child has a toys tool kit or any other building themed object you can use!
FLASHLIGHT: The flashlight on your IPhone counts (as long as you aren't using it to watch class)
GUITAR: We'll be using blow-up guitars! Toy guitars or ukuleles work great. Don't have any of those lying around? Grab a cardboard box and cut one out. Then have your little one decorate before class! A fun art project and the perfect prop for class.
CLEAN-UP BIN: Hampers, Tupperware, Baskets, or Ikea Bags work great!

CORONATION OUTFIT We encourage you to have something fancy handy for your Mini-Star to wear at the coronation ball. Tutus, ribbons, an adult's tie, etc. Anything you can put on mid-class that makes they feel special
ROOM TO DANCE! We'll be playing a Freeze Dance with Olaf so make sure they have room to dance!
FROZEN COSTUMES are optional but obviously welcome!

CIRCLE SHARE ITEM Since class is at home, we want to make circle shares extra special by letting Little Stars show us and tell us about something special in your home. It can be a lovey, favorite toy, baby brother or sister... anything that they have always wanted to bring to show their teachers and friends but weren't allowed to!
STREAMERS! Strips of paper, ribbon - basically anything you child can throw in the air at the end of "Into the Unknown" to make frozen fractal fireworks
ROOM TO DANCE We'll be exploring the way music makes our bodies feel so make sure to have plenty of room for your Little Star to dance!

COMPUTER, IPHONE, IPOD, IPAD, TABLET, ETC.
ROOM TO DANCE with a table or counter nearby to put your electronic device on. We'll be working on choreography and want to be able to see you!
A PRIVATE SPACE Please find a quiet, private place for your child to participate in our virtual classes. Video conferencing can be difficult if there's too much going on in the background and we know some of our K-8 friends don't like when moms, dads, caregivers, and siblings watching them practice. 😉
